Privacy Policy

Who we are

DynamicDuo LLC is a software company registered in Columbus, Ohio, United States. This policy covers our applications, including the AEP Ohio Command Center web application (aoecc.co) and its companion iOS app, which we build and operate under contract for a utility’s distribution engineering group.

These are internal workplace tools. Accounts are provisioned by an administrator; there is no public sign-up, and the applications are unusable without an account.

Information we collect

  • Contact info — your name and work email address, provided when an administrator creates your account.
  • Identifiers — an internal account ID used to associate you with your work.
  • User content — the engineering records, forms, and notes you submit through the application.
  • Usage data — sign-ins and records accessed, kept as an audit trail and to secure the service.
  • Push notification token — if you enable notifications, a device token used solely to deliver them.

All of the above is linked to your identity, because the whole purpose of the product is to show you the work assigned to you. None of it is used for tracking as defined by Apple: we do not link it with third-party data for advertising, and we do not share it with data brokers.

What we do not do

  • No advertising, and no sale or sharing of personal information for advertising or marketing.
  • No third-party analytics or tracking SDKs in the mobile app.
  • No collection of your location, contacts, photos, or files beyond what you explicitly submit.
  • Face ID, when enabled, is processed entirely on your device by iOS; biometric data never reaches our servers.

How information is used

Solely to operate the service: showing you your assigned work, routing notifications and approvals, maintaining an audit trail, and keeping the service secure. Work records are processed on behalf of the sponsoring organization for its internal business purposes.

Storage and security

Data is stored on access-controlled servers in the United States, encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest. Access requires an authorized account, and administrative access is limited to service operators. Sign-in credentials on mobile are held in the device keychain, not in ordinary application storage.

Retention and deletion

Account and work records are retained while the service is in use by the sponsoring organization. To request correction or deletion of your account data, email us at the address below; requests are honored unless a record must be kept for that organization’s business or legal purposes.

Children

These are workplace tools for adults and are not directed to children.

Changes

If this policy changes materially, the “Last updated” date above will change and active users will be notified in the application.
